You currently have Saturn in your eighth house, limiting some of your income, and in your other financial house, your second house of salary and personal possessions, Venus recently began her retrograde. If money is tight, it is simply that the conditions around you are not conducive for making money. However, on November 16 you could see an amazing breakthrough in your finances.
The new moon on October 10 in Libra (17º) will light your second house of earned income. This would ordinarily mark a good moment of the year to ask for a raise or find a new source of income, but this new moon will be flawed. You still can find more money, but you will need to build a work-around to make it happen.
Saturn in your eighth house will oppose this new moon of October 10. If you ask for a raise, the answer might be yes, but the amount might be so little that you will barely notice it in your paycheck, and what you do receive may be eaten up in taxes. Alternatively, you might be told that there’s a wage freeze at your organization.
Also, this is a new moon in Libra, and Libra is ruled by Venus. As you know, Venus is out of phase, so that’s another impediment. Still, there’s another way around this problem.
