Venus will start out moving backward in Scorpio but will move back into Libra on October 25 and stay in Libra for the remainder of her retrograde. That means Venus will start retrograding in your third house of communication, negotiation, contractual matters, and travel. Then, on October 25, Venus will move into your financial second house of income. This might slow down payments that you expect. You CAN travel when Venus is retrograde, but I suggest not buying your tickets during the retrograde because you might have to adjust your return date one way or another. Venus rules beauty and love, but it also rules profit and money, especially profits made from products and services directed to women. Needless to say, a Venus retrograde period would not be a good time to launch a new service or product for women, nor would it be the right time to start an advertising, social media, or publicity campaign.
