Your October 2026 Horoscope for Leo
by Susan MillerHere is why I like this date. On October 15, good-fortune Jupiter in Leo will be in perfect angle to the Sun in Libra, so sign paperwork then, scan it, and send in the digital copy. Libra rules unions, collaborations, and serious partnerships (including marriage), so this stands to be quite a heavenly day. Mercury won’t be retrograde yet, not until October 24, so you might want to sign on this day if you cannot wait until November. (Remember, I love November 16 as your best-of-the-best day.)
I also like the following day, October 16, when Mars will send shimmering beams to Saturn, bringing stabilizing vibrations and add a touch of realism and practicality to the venture. These two days will blend together, and they add up to a spectacular time to make a commitment and initiate a fresh start of any kind.
The full moon comes next, October 25, in Taurus (3º) and will fall in your career sector. However, Mercury will go retrograde the day before on October 24 and remain retrograde until November 13. This normally would be a moment to shine professionally, but there will be crosscurrents. If you had been promised an advancement some time ago, you might now get that promotion. Often, items or ideas that have been put aside come to life again during these periods. However, if nothing was promised you, you might find going through an interview process slow and frustrating (at least for now—it will be better next month).
There is another challenge to this full moon. Pluto in Aquarius will clash with the full moon in Taurus and your prestigious career advancement sector, and also with the Sun in Scorpio in your home sector. It appears a high-level authority figure is still not convinced you are the right person for the job, so you will need time to convince that crusty person.
