Venus will start retrograding in Scorpio and then move back into Libra for the rest of her retrograde period. Venus in Scorpio will be in a quiet, muted mode in your home sector from October 3 to October 25.
During that time you need to avoid making major design changes to your home—avoid buying a new rug, choosing new cabinets and surfaces for your kitchen if you are renovating, and avoid buying a new piece of furniture. These are a few examples, but you get the idea. Venus will be weak in your solar fourth house of home from October 3 to October 25.
Venus will then slip into Libra, from October 25 to November 13, which might affect your travel, so if you go anywhere, it’s unlikely you’ll feel catered to in the hotel you choose—it may be more basic and functional, not inspiringly beautiful and pampering (it sounds like you may be on a trip taken strictly for business). In Libra, Venus will be retrograde in your third house of communication and contractual negotiation, so with Venus out of phase, any deal you might be able to close probably won’t be as lucrative for you as you would have wanted.
You are back in the driver’s seat. Mars, the action planet, is now in Leo, and for the first time in 12 years, Jupiter, the giver of gifts and luck, has come to Leo.
