If you are trying to buy a house or condo or rent a new apartment, it may take longer than you had hoped for you to find the right one, at the right price, in your ideal neighborhood. Keep in mind that delays—and going slowly—will benefit you.
Mercury retrograde is not the time to sign contracts, if possible. If signing one can’t be avoided, try to put an easy exit clause into it and leave room for contingencies. When it comes to shopping, don’t buy a machine or a product with electronic chips inside while Mercury is retrograde. Put off the purchase of a new or used car, smartphone, TV, laptop, vacuum cleaner, or kitchen appliance (as some examples) until after the retrograde is over on November 13. I always recommend that you leave a space of a few days after the end date of the retrograde before making any major purchase.
Now let’s turn to the start of October to see the major themes that will come up.
The first few days will be a bit bumpy. On October 3, Mars will clash with Pluto in opposition, so you may not see eye to eye with a partner. This can ignite into a confrontation. Someone will seem bent on wresting control of an ongoing situation—and controlling you at the same time—so naturally, you may become upset about how you are being treated.
