Your Horoscope for Aries

As you enter August, you will have a good sense of how joyful and romantic life can be. The full moon last month on July 29 was one of the sweetest of the year. Jupiter, newly minted in Leo, was conjunct the Sun, creating the Luckiest Day of the Year in your fifth house of fun, love, romance, creativity, leisure, sports, and entertainment. The fifth house also accents all matters related to children, so as you begin August, you could be having an especially heartwarming experience.
Mars, your ruler, is in Gemini, suggesting you may be venturing out in the world on a vacation, and your timing could not be more spot on. At your destination, you may have a chance to meet with friends who you’ve not seen in a while, and catching up will be plenty of fun. Your best time to travel will be during the first 10 days of the month.
On August 11, Mars will move to Cancer, so your home, other property you may own, rent, or want to sell, will become a primary focus. Alternatively, a member of your family, notably a parent or a child, could become your all-encompassing focus because family comes under this same part of the solar chart. Your home, other property, and family will continue to be a main focus until September 27. While it is very possible you will continue to think about this area of your chart after Mars leaves, you will be most productive while Mars energizes Cancer, from August 11 to September 27.
This month we have two eclipses. The first will arrive August 12 and be a total eclipse of the Sun in Leo, a sign that blends perfectly with Aries. A solar eclipse always falls on a new moon, known to bring fresh opportunities. Neptune and Saturn, both in Aries, will powerfully support the eclipse (a trine), and Jupiter, while in the same sign as the eclipse (Leo), will orbit close to Mercury, favoring travel, sales, publicity, and all communication, including contracts.
