Now let’s stop to talk about your ruling planet, Mars, to see what he is doing. Mars will be gliding in later degrees (23º-29º ) of Gemini as the month starts, until August 11. That makes it a good time for you to travel. Your third house will be lit, and in this case I mean short distances—about as far as you can drive in a day. Alternatively, your sister may come to visit, and it will be fun if she does.
Then from August 11 until September 27, Mars will occupy Cancer and put a major emphasis on your home. If you had hoped to give your space an upgrade in some way, you will have plenty of options during that period. If you feel your home is fine as is, you might instead be focused on a family member, whether that be an older family member, like a parent, or a little wee one, like your child. As you will see next, the lunar eclipse in Pisces will also put an emphasis on home and family.
There is plenty to unpack about the August 27-28 lunar full moon eclipse in Pisces (5º). This eclipse will fall in your twelfth house, which rules all things that happen below the surface and out of sight. It also rules confinement in institutions that, theoretically, bring healing and rehabilitation, such as hospitals, nursing homes, rehab centers, physical therapy facilities, and even prisons. (I always laugh when I see prisons added, because to many people, hospitals feel like jail.) Lunar eclipses bring a finality or conclusion to something going on. That can be good if you have been suffering with a health problem, and your medical team finds a remedy.
