As you enter July, you have just experienced a full moon on June 29 in Capricorn (8º) . That full moon could have brought praise, a promotion, or an offer for a new position from another firm.
If you have not yet seen evidence of this, that gorgeous full moon of June 29 will still be strong in the first days of July. If you want a new job, it appears your fine reputation precedes you. If you feel your present situation will not have room for growth, seek and find that new title that should be rightfully yours. By January your reputation will soar even more.
Mars, your ruler, will be touring Gemini all month and part of next month (until August 11), so you will be able to get some relief and find ways to relax when you travel to a new setting, especially at the start of July, for Mercury and Jupiter will be orbiting close—within three degrees, adding a fun note to your trips.
On July 3 active Mars and rebellious Uranus in Gemini will be conjoined, a volatile aspect that could cause a meltdown if you make a comment that the person you are speaking to takes offence or finds hurtful. Be diplomatic, and avoid bringing up touchy subjects if you hope to maintain harmony. It might not be easy to keep a peaceful atmosphere, as people will be feeling edgy.
