Uranus in Gemini in your house of earned income will reach out to Pluto in your tenth house of career honors, awards, and achievements. Both Pluto and Uranus will reach out to Mercury in Libra in your work assignment sixth house, completing the heavenly air-sign triangle. The degrees of all three planets are very close, so this is fantastic for your career—you may hear good news about your performance either now or very soon. The good words will stem from a new assignment that you either get now or just recently completed that will earn you praise from VIPs or the client.
You might get a surprise raise, too. Something good is percolating in your career, and you may have received a clue of what is happening at the end of July or in early August. By February 2027 you may be rewarded with a new, powerful professional role.
Moving on to tell you more about the coming month, I will advise you to make your biggest moves in all areas of your life in September, or to table them until December.
Here is why: Venus will go retrograde, from October 3 to November 13. Venus is your ruler, so you won’t make as much progress during that time. Venus rules love and beauty, and Venus retrograde is not the time to date someone new. It is also not a good time to get engaged or to marry. It could, however, be a good time for you to go back to someone you once loved but who got away. If you are still holding a torch for that person, you may want to contact them and suggest having lunch or dinner to see if you can reunite.
