Your September 2026 Horoscope for Taurus
by Susan MillerAs you enter September, you have just experienced a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces (5º) on August 27–28, which lit your eleventh house of friends and groups. That eclipse was not an easy one, so you may still be rattled about what you learned about a friend, who may have made a comment or taken an action that disturbed you deeply, making you realize that the two of you were never really true friends.
The problem with that eclipse was that Uranus in Gemini was in a very tight 90º square to the eclipse, a highly challenging aspect. Uranus is known to bring on news out of left field—news you would have never expected. For that reason, that eclipse may have jarred your nerves.
Uranus was in your financial second house, so the core of the problem may have been money—indeed, money and friendship certainly did not mix. You may have loaned your friend money and now find out you aren’t getting any of it back. In another example, your friend may have loaned you furniture and suddenly wanted it all back without notice—and sent workers to pick it all up—now that she has purchased a new summer cottage. You were left wondering what happened, as you sat dumbstruck in your empty apartment. In another possible scenario, you may have volunteered to help your friend give a party and suddenly—on the day it was to happen—discovered that you were expected to buy most of the food. Whatever came up could have made you feel outraged or as though your good nature was taken advantage of by a selfish “friend.”
Eclipses have the power to reveal the true character of someone close, but when the news is disillusioning, it is meant to protect you. Eclipses bring a floodlight of truth to a situation, and sometimes that light can feel glaring. The house where this eclipse fell also rules groups, so your membership in a club, charity, or other organization may have a leader who made a highly political move, favoring some members in an unfair way, which also may have upset you, for the leader seemed to dismiss your contributions.
