Your August 2026 Horoscope for Pisces
by Susan MillerNow let’s turn to the August 27-28 lunar eclipse, which is a full moon in Pisces at 5º. This will not be an easy eclipse. Part of this eclipse may center on a close partnership in love or business. If someone has not been fair to you, or who you know you must break ties with but have been hesitant to do so, something may happen to make you feel like you have reached the end of your rope. It will strongly affect those born in the last week of February the most, although if you have a natal planet near 5º of Virgo or Pisces, you will feel it too, quite strongly.
The problem is that Uranus in Gemini is now in your home and family sector (fourth house) and is in sharp conflict—a square—to the full moon eclipse in Pisces and the Sun in Virgo. The fourth house coincides with midnight in an astrological chart and therefore is the house that ends one day and ushers in the next. It is the moment when today becomes tomorrow. For that reason, the ancient astrologers called this the house that rules the end of all matters—the final outcome.
The eclipsed moon will be under duress, and for you, dear Pisces, the moon rules your solar fifth house. This house covers your creative efforts, romance, and children. So if you are dating, it’s your sweetheart. If you are a parent, it’s your child. (If you are married, this house does not rule your spouse—your spouse falls in your seventh house.) In case news is about your child, you may find that your child needs special treatment or teaching. No matter what, truth will surface at this eclipse, and it is always better to have the truth so you can apply a quick remedy and not be held in the dark.
Note: The August 27-28 full moon lunar eclipse may or may not interfere with the romantic period I spoke about earlier, regarding Mars in Cancer from August 11 to September 27—you’ll have to see. If dating but not happy, the eclipse can help you find the courage to finally move on. Then again, this period could help you get back into the social scene again.
