To reinforce that Jupiter has now moved to Leo, the universe will next send a new moon solar eclipse in Leo (20º)—the same area of the chart that you and I have been discussing, your sixth house.
This eclipse is a glorious one and will have the power to help you in both areas—your sixth and twelfth houses. I feel you will get more business, and it will be the sort of business that will pay you well and showcase your work in a compelling way. This means that you will likely be given more complex jobs in future months, and they will be ones that make much better use of your talents (as compared to projects in the past).
If you have to hire subordinates to help you get the work out the door, after August 12 you will be able to find qualified applicants who will add good ideas to the project and show an energetic attitude.
