The start of August will be quite heavenly. You will have just come through one of the year’s best full moons that appeared in Aquarius on July 29, which may have brought a highly social, possibly romantic, event. If it was a big social event or experience, you will likely be walking on air. That full moon at the end of July was extraordinary because it coincided with the conjunction of lucky Jupiter to the mighty Sun, an annual event that produces the Luckiest Day of the year.
You love being with friends—to a Libra, friends are important—and lately, you’ve been working hard and have not had much time to catch up with them. That all changes now in August and the months ahead. Good-fortune Jupiter has moved to Leo and your eleventh house of friendship. The Hellenistic astrologers of ancient Greece called this the area of the chart the house of joy and happiness—the place in the horoscope where one of your wishes could come true.
We have two eclipses this month, and the first, a solar eclipse, will occur on the August 12 new moon in Leo and will be very positive. A bevy of celestial bodies—the Sun, new moon solar eclipse, Jupiter, and Mercury—will congregate in your eleventh house of hopes and wishes, friendships, and socializing. You may have a major event on your calendar, such as a friend’s wedding, or you may be attending an industry convention, which can always turn out to be stimulating.
