The problem will stem from surprise-a-minute Uranus in Gemini in hard angle to both the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces and the Sun in Virgo. Your sixth house of everyday assignments will be where the situation develops, and coworkers around you will be emotional. This same sixth house rules health, so going into this eclipse, make sure you are rested and in good shape, for unexpected news could wear you down. Health always comes first.
Mars, watching what is going on with that project from your tenth house of career advancement and reputation, will roll into action and do what he can to help you. It seems what is about to come up will not be your fault. Management will understand that, but a fix will be needed because the project appears to be for an important client. Mars will also have a friendly side conversation with the Sun and Mercury and will work hard to make sure your status and reputation will be protected, but you might lose a trusted subordinate under this eclipse, however, and if so, their presence would be sorely missed.
