As an example, your partner may not agree with your idea of a dream living situation, and they could have alternate ideas and opinions that you are resisting. Or your family may ask you to slow down your plans for marriage because they are not convinced that your partner is the right person for you. It will take time to ease their fears. These are examples that may not apply to you, but the point is, no matter your plans, you will need to address certain concerns before you move ahead. Just like it was to the Sun and full moon, Saturn will be in a hard angle to the Sun and new moon, so this is not an ideal time to join forces in love or business.
There is another difficulty with this new moon on July 14: It will not correspond with any planets when it arrives. Astrologers call this situation a “moon void of course.” You might be thinking that because the moon is the fastest moving body in our solar system, it will quickly move out of void and make contact with planets. That doesn’t change things, and I will explain why.
The moment the moon arrives, she must be engaged in some sort of interaction with at least one planet—that is when the die is cast. The moment the moon is “born,” astrologers can judge its outlook and influence. The new moon may be friendly to one or more planets or clash with them—either way, that’s okay. She HAS to be engaged and alert. However, when she is void of course she is sleepy and needs rest.
