A friend who is a Cancer called me and said he was considering moving to a new apartment. He had been looking for a short period and wanted to know when he would find one. At first, I was thinking of the new moon in Libra next month on October 10, which will light his fourth house of home, but Saturn will oppose that new moon. That suggests the landlord would require a lot of paperwork to prove you are qualified to take the apartment and be able to pay the rent. It could alternatively mean he would pay more rent than he had anticipated, and that could be burdensome.
Then I thought about his question and realized that Mars’s placement in home-oriented Cancer this month might be a much better time to look at apartments. I particularly love the day the Sun in Virgo and Mars in Cancer will make a decisive, friendly aspect on September 14.
