Your September 2026 Horoscope for Cancer
by Susan MillerYou are just coming off a major full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces (5º) from late last month, August 27-28, that lit your ninth house. You are more sensitive than others to full moons in general (the moon is your ruler), and a full moon lunar eclipse is even stronger, so you may feel a bit rattled by news you received in August or that you will receive in the first days of September.
The area of your chart that this lunar eclipse lit was your ninth house, which rules foreign people and places, import-export, immigration, residency, citizenship, and passports. This house also covers jury duty. Legal matters fall in the ninth house, so something you’re involved with may have come to a culmination or a close. The media is also part of this house (publishing and broadcasting), as well as all matters involving academia and your efforts to gain an advanced degree or teach in a higher education institution.
The problem with this eclipse is that Uranus was in a hard 90º angle to the transiting Sun in Virgo and the full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces. Cancer gets along well with Pisces and Virgo, but it is Uranus in Gemini that is the problem here. If you do receive news from this eclipse (or if you already did), it is likely to arrive suddenly and out of left field. The very nature of Uranus is to bring up news that is outside of your usual routine—this information will be something you never considered.
If your birthday falls on June 26, plus or minus five days, you would have been especially affected by that eclipse. The same is true if you have your natal moon in Cancer, Cancer rising, or a natal planet in Pisces, Gemini, Virgo, or Sagittarius at 5º, plus or minus five degrees.
