With Mars in imaginative Leo, the competition for “best costume” will be stiff. It’s a night sure to be filled with giggles, cute little goblins, and sweet chocolate candy.

It is very busy at work, and there is pressure on you to complete projects in advance of the end-of-year holidays. It’s been hard to work under this type of atmosphere, and management will soon find that pressuring you and other team members only makes matters worse. Do your best to concentrate on the job at hand, and keep looking for possible weak links that you can fix to avert a crisis.
