Your October 2026 Horoscope for Pisces
by Susan MillerAs you enter October, you may sense the month is proceeding slowly. As I wrote last month in detail, Venus will go retrograde on October 3 and turn direct November 13, which adds up to a total of 42 days. It is not often that we have Venus in retrograde, as this happens only every 18 months. Venus will start out retrograding in Scorpio, and then in her journey backwards, will slip into Libra on October 25 for the rest of her retrograde.
Venus rules love, romance, beauty, parties, jewelry, perfume, gorgeous lingerie, luxury, and all the finer things in life. Luckily, this retrograde is happening well before the holiday season starts. We are getting it out of the way now and will truly enjoy what is to come.
I told you that you should delay scheduling any expensive treatments to improve your looks—no Botox, fillers, or laser treatments, and do not have a facelift during this time—you might not like the results. Don’t start cosmetic dentistry like Invisalign® or have veneers until after the retrograde is over on November 13. Better yet, schedule your initial appointment in December. If you already started the dental work some time ago, you can go for checkups.
You can go for regular grooming, of course, but at the salon, don’t do anything radical like cut your long hair short or turn the color from dark brunette to platinum blonde.
