Your October 2026 Horoscope for Scorpio
by Susan MillerIt would be hard to overstate how fantastic your career aspects are right now. Good-fortune Jupiter entered Leo and your tenth house of prestigious career advancement on June 30, 2026, and will remain there until July 26, 2027, a period of nearly 13 months. This is the first time in 12 years that Jupiter has come to this area of your chart, for it takes Jupiter that long to make his journey around the Sun, spending about a year in each sign and house he visits. This makes you the most favored of all signs for professional advancement and growth.
A planet in a house all by itself can’t quite create the magic you need—you must have another planet, the Sun, moon, or an eclipse, to trigger the opportunity. You are about to receive that opportunity! So that you can understand the awesome outlook you have, I have to give you some background information.
On September 27 your ancient ruler, Mars, entered this same area of your chart—Leo. Mars, working with you, can easily raise your industry profile, so you have a superb opportunity to move assertively ahead. Mars only has time to visit this area of your chart every two years. Having the Red Planet (Mars) in your tenth house of career will make you more courageous, confident, and curious about what else is possible for you to attain. Mars will remain in your professional house—the area of your chart that reflects when you make a step up to a better job—until November 25.
Here is the interesting part: Next month on Monday, November 16, Mars will make an exact conjunction to Jupiter in Leo and your tenth house of honors, awards, and achievements. Mars and Jupiter have only conjoined in the sign of Leo four times in the past 100 years. This is a very rare and important conjunction for your career. Watch this date! It has a wide circle of influence too, lasting a few days on either side of November 16.
