It may not come until late November or December, but you could begin the talks now.
Pluto will move direct on October 15, and this will help you because Pluto is your other ruler (along with Mars) and has been retrograde since May 6. It is common for an outer planet to be retrograde for a long time—in this case, for just over five months. You will see progress in home and family matters, so things are looking up in that area of your life.
October 15 will be a superb day for another reason—the Sun and Jupiter will be sextile, providing you with an opportunity for a professional breakthrough.
On the following day, October 16, Mars will send Saturn a brilliant beam, adding stability and long-range possibilities to actions you take for your career.
The full moon on October 26 will be in Taurus at 3º, putting an emphasis on your relationships in love or business. At work, you might have a close business colleague, writing partner, or collaborator who will add their expertise to your project. Here again we will have a cranky planet—Pluto in Aquarius will be in hard square to both the full moon in Taurus and the Sun in Scorpio, and all three signs are “fixed” signs, not given to compromise. With Pluto in your domestic sector, something will be happening at home, and it seems likely to become a distraction, requiring you to stop what you’re doing at work to attend to what will come up. Keep your health strong—this full moon may drain you.
