During Mercury retrograde we often rush rather than think matters through thoroughly, and it would be easy to gloss over a contract clause that could come back to bite you later. This is generally not the time to start a new venture because without the proper preparation, it may not pan out. The new moon on November 9 will also give you the opportunity to travel short distances, but again, with Mercury ruling travel, a trip you take now might not turn out to be as productive or satisfying as you’d like.

The most concerning part about this new moon is that Mars in your twelfth house will be in hard angle to the Sun and new moon (within 5º). This suggests that something you were not aware of, were never told, or had completely discounted as unimportant will come to the fore and block an impending agreement. That piece of information will become apparent soon after the new moon appears on November 9. After you find out, you may not want to continue negotiating—you might want to quickly fold your tent and leave. If you still want to find a solution, you will have to work on the details to untangle the problem and make it happen.

Mars will be circulating in your twelfth house of behind-the-scenes discussions until November 25.
