Mars first entered your home sector on September 27 and will continue to help you make progress until November 25.
You will be a little hampered in October by Venus being retrograde from October 3 to November 13. Venus is your ruler, and it does not retrograde that often—only every 18 months for 40 to 43 days. When your ruler is in a weakened state, delays crop up that can’t be helped—you will need patience. Venus will cut into the time that Mars will be helping you with home and family.
Mercury will cut into your golden period for home and family matters, too. Mercury, the little Dennis-the-Menace planet of our solar system, will go retrograde too, from October 24 to November 13. Yes, that is the same day that Venus turns direct. That means your very best period for making expensive changes to your home (or choosing a house or signing a lease for a permanent or rental home) will be from November 14 to November 25, when Mars leaves Leo and enters Virgo.
