The new moon solar eclipse in Leo (20º) on August 12 is one of the best eclipses I have seen in ages. It positively glows with opportunity, and as it will appear in your fourth house of home, you will have lots of opportunity to improve your living quarters. You may choose to buy other property, such as a vacation home or a two-family house that you could rent out for passive income.
A few years ago, I had your aspect—Jupiter in the fourth house. I had no firm plans to upgrade my condo apartment. I had always told myself I would renovate to get a new kitchen and upgrade the bathrooms, but with my writing schedule, that seemed like a pipe dream. When would I ever decide to stop and actually do it? I also had no idea what something like that would cost, so I kept putting off the idea. My head was so much into my writing, I never noticed that things around here were starting to break down, but still, I kept working.
Then the April 8, 2024, eclipse came by at the same time I had Jupiter in my solar fourth house, just as you do now. The eclipse brought a flood to my bedroom when a pipe burst in the wall of my bathroom and flooded half of my bedroom. Suddenly, I had no choice—the contractor told me my bedroom floor had to be rebuilt. Thinking out loud, I said, but the floor of the entire apartment has to match, and he agreed. In the blink of an eye I was thrown into a much bigger project. Eclipses always move events forward at lightning speed.
