If you need to buy any type of machine or an item with electronic chips, like a laptop, smartphone, printer, TV, kitchen appliance, or even a car, buy it in September to avoid the haywire effects of Venus and Mercury retrograde. You will feel the oncoming retrograde of Mercury in the two weeks leading up to October 24 as everything slows down. If you can’t act in September, delay your actions until December (and avoid Mars retrograde in the first quarter of 2027, January through March).
It would not be wise to sign important legal paperwork during Mercury retrograde. Matters never quite work out the way you hope if you sign during this period (October 24 to November 13).
You might be tempted to rush during Mercury retrograde, which is common. In doing so, you may overlook a clause that is not in your favor, or you might not notice that the type of clause that would protect you is not included in the contract. You would be smart to have a lawyer at your side. If you can, stay away from signing during Mercury retrograde, and avoid the days leading up to the retrograde (October 24) and the days that follow when it goes direct (November 13). Those “bookend” days are highly unstable.
Now, on another topic, when Mars reaches Leo on September 27 (until November 25), you will enter one of the most golden periods of your career. While part of that period will include Mercury retrograde (October 24 to November 13) that is not necessarily always a drawback—a promise for a promotion or a raise that never materialized may be fulfilled in late October or early November. You have stunning career aspects, dear Scorpio, and your career has the power to shoot skyward quickly. You may even receive an exciting offer from a competitive firm.
