Additionally, you should not buy a new or used car or any machine when Mercury is retrograde. Either shop in the first 10 days of October, or wait until after November 13, the day Mercury and Venus both go direct. Leave a space of days to allow the planets to regulate.
Two days after Mercury turns retrograde, October 26, there is a full moon in Taurus (3º) that will bring a conclusion to a work project. This full moon will light your sixth house, which reflects everyday work projects, the tools you use to do your job, the atmosphere of your company’s physical headquarters, the coworkers you collaborate with regularly, and the employees who report to you.
If you change jobs during a new or full moon in the sixth house (like this one), the new role might be a lateral move, not a move up to a prestigious job with more power and money. You will be doing more of the same type of work. However, any project you’re working on now is worth your full attention because it could count toward a promotion later.
Sometimes it is worth changing jobs for a lateral move, if there’s something wrong with your present job. An example would be if you don’t like the supervisor that you report to or the type of work you are given. If you discover there’s no room for growth, that could be another reason to leave and take a job similar to the one you have until you determine the type of work you’re truly interested in.
