You might hear more from your closest friends, and it looks as though you’ll be invited to a fun social event, such as a wedding or black-tie birthday party. Alternatively, you may be looking forward to a charity fundraiser, alumni reunion, or an invitation-only seminar attended by the leaders in your industry. One way or another, it seems likely you will be surrounded by lots of people who have a lot in common with you, which is always enjoyable.
However, there will be a roadblock, for taskmaster Saturn will oppose the Sun and new moon, suggesting that obligations at home and at work may force you to think twice about going to this upcoming event. You may be mindful of the needs of one of your children, or an ongoing creative project will need your attention. If you decide not to go, there will be other chances ahead, so you won’t miss out.
It’s possible that one of your friends will be in a tough situation and in need of your advice and compassion. If you are touched by her plight, you might have some very good ideas that could help. If you get involved, vow to stick around until a solution is found, which might take a little time.
Travel seems possible this month, but there are reasons you might simply opt to stay home. You started to host Mars in highly compatible Leo and your ninth house of distant travel last month on September 27, and Mars will continue to give you many opportunities to travel until November 25. You also have Jupiter in this same area of your chart all the way until July 26, 2027. If you don’t go away this month, rest assured you will have another opportunity next month—and for many months after that!
