This tells me that money you’ve been promised might be subject to a delay. Mercury rules your solar tenth house of professional honors, awards, and achievements, which means your career progress is temporarily suspended. However, “not now” does not mean “never”—it just means “later.”
There is something else going on with the July 14 new moon in Cancer. This new moon will not be directly speaking with any other planets, so having no precise aspects at the moment it appears will make this new moon weak. (Although, as said, Saturn will be exerting pressure on this new moon, it will not be in exact position.) I am sorry to report this—astrologers call the moon in this situation a moon that is void of course. If you dearly hope for progress in receiving the money you need to buy property, start a business, or fund a complex creative project, you need a strong, alert, and communicative moon. Alas, you won’t have one here.
You might point out that eventually the moon will begin to speak to other planets. She is, after all, the fastest moving body in our solar system. That’s true, but astrologers have to base their forecasting on the moment the new moon appears—that is when the die is cast—and this new moon will be a bit exhausted and sleeping. It doesn’t matter that she will regulate her energy later.
