The little tender new moon entered with her partner the Sun, both in Taurus, into the center of these two forceful planets in a major argument. Mars and Pluto continued to scream at one another, and as the new moon and Sun entered, something odd happened.
Mars in Leo turned to the new moon and Sun and started a separate argument with them while still arguing with Pluto. All heated up, Pluto in Aquarius did the same thing—he began a separate personal feud with the new moon and Sun. Hence, as you see, we had a 180-degree opposition (between Mars and Pluto) and two 90-degree squares, which created a tower of tension. All the participants, the moon and Sun in Taurus, Mars in Leo, and Pluto in Aquarius were all in fixed signs, and those are signs that do no blend well with one another and do not tend to compromise either.
That meant the new moon was under siege.
You could have run into difficulty with a contract that you felt should be negotiated before you sign it, or you may have had problems with a writing, editing, or other communications project. The third house, where the new moon appeared in your chart on April 27, rules travel and transportation, so late April and early May would not be a good time to travel. This same house rules siblings, so if your sister or bother started, or will start, to act odd and out of character (perhaps quite grumpy and out of sorts for no reason), yes, that sounds right.
After the new moon arrives on May 26, the entire environment will change dramatically to one that’s bright and sunny.
