This means that any action you take in matters of love in the two weeks after the new moon appears on July 14 won’t progress forward. Rather, conditions will stay the same as they had been before the new moon arrives July 14. Most people want to see progress from their actions, but that’s not likely to happen with this new moon.
During a void moon, you should not have a major job interview, close on a new house or apartment, get married, be interviewed by the press, apply for a bank loan, schedule a first date, or do anything else that you hope will go well for you. A void moon is a little like Mercury retrograde, but thankfully, the moon moves faster.
