It is never wise to sign documents with Mercury out of phase, and Mercury is currently retrograde in Cancer, the sign that rules property and family matters.

This will be in effect whether you want to buy, rent, or sell—it would be better to wait for better days. Sometimes we can wait, and other times we cannot. If the maintenance cost of keeping the property is high, you may want to sell, even if you don’t get your preferred price. I understand. You have to weigh risk and reward.

I will say this: The coming new moon in Capricorn, due six months from now on January 7, 2027, should offer you a much improved, more affordable situation. That January date is a new moon, not a full moon like the one that appeared in Capricorn in late June. A new moon is synonymous with a fresh start, and that one will appear in your home sector. If you are planning to renovate, redecorate, or help a family member, you will have better aspects in January of 2027.
