Your August 2026 Horoscope for Leo
by Susan MillerWith great success comes detractors and jealous bystanders, and you, perhaps, began to see them come into focus during the full moon on July 29. Pluto was conjunct the full moon and opposed your ruler, the Sun, from your seventh house, the area that ancient astrologers called “open enemies.” (However, when a planet is friendly, this house contributes to happy marriages and lucrative business partnerships and collaborations.)
A tough aspect surfaced during the July 29 full moon, but you were also able to easily see and name the people who were acting in an unfair way or using ruthless tactics to steal your market share. Those people don’t have your talents, nor do they likely have Jupiter’s protection as you do now. At this full moon they were in clear view, which helped you to devise a strategy to counter their actions.
If you didn’t have any detractors, you may have had good aspects in your personal chart, and you might have been preparing to sign on with a business partner or become engaged.
August brings eclipses, which are always incredibly powerful. They always coincide with new and full moons, and they often bring radical change when the universe deems it necessary.
