Let’s be happy these personal planets will be retrograde now and not closer to the main travel period or holiday shopping. This will be the first year that travel and shopping will be a bit easier than usual. No more pictures of people sleeping on the airport floor, waiting for flights—this year the process will be much more organized and less stressful. The second half of November through December looks downright joyful.
SUMMARY
It appeared that you wanted to travel last month over the full moon lunar eclipse of August 27-28, but Uranus, the planet of unpredictable events, was blocking the doorway. It may have been that projects were piling up on your desk, and one assignment or customer in particular was demanding changes. A project might have been heading toward crisis and needed your swift attention. You didn’t expect to have to drop your plans and turn on a dime, but this happens sometimes, and when duty calls, Capricorn answers.
You will have a much better opportunity to head out of town at the friendly new moon of September 10 and the weeks that follow. This time you can go farther away and have a much better time at your destination. With no crisis on the horizon mid-month, you will be able to fully relax and become rejuvenated.
