Mercury will retrograde the entire time in Scorpio and your solar eleventh house of friendship. As a Capricorn, you may be one of the only signs who will enjoy Mercury retrograde this time around because you could meet up with a good friend from your past who you’ve not seen in ages. Catching up should be fun.
If you are not familiar with Mercury retrograde, it is not a favorable time to start a new job or sign a contract or other legal document. It is also not a good time to purchase expensive things, particularly machines or products with electronic chips inside, such as a car, smartphone, printer, camera, TV, kitchen appliance, or any other item in this category. If you buy something, you likely won’t enjoy the product as much as you had anticipated.
We tend to rush and make poor decisions when Mercury is retrograde. We also lose things we need, like eyeglasses, sunglasses, a laptop, smartphone, tablet, and other treasures, especially while traveling.
I tend to lose earrings. The collar of my coat brushes against my earrings, sometimes making them fall out. I am so tired of losing my favorite earrings, so now when I go out, I place the pair in the zippered section of my purse and put them on once I get to the restaurant or party. Then I put them back in my purse when I am in the taxi on my way home. My mother used to laugh and say, “Man learns through pain.” She was right. You may be getting tired of losing sunglasses and having to buy new ones over and over whenever Mercury is retrograde. You learn to wear your second or third favorite ones during the retrograde but leave your favorite ones home until the retrograde is over.
