This is the house of career advancement, so naturally, you look forward to this new moon each year. It normally could be a time of reward, but as I wrote earlier, with Venus retrograde (ruling Libra), the only way I can see you enjoying this new moon is if you were promised an advancement earlier, and, after waiting months for that promise to be fulfilled, that long-awaited position might be offered to you.
There are other problems with this new moon. Your ruler, Saturn, will directly oppose this new moon, another reason I feel this new moon might not deliver the promotion or new job you had hoped for (not for now, but you could possibly see that advancement next month—or in the near future).
Looking at this new moon, it appears to me that you want to upgrade your living quarters but are stymied by conditions in your career or industry. For example, you may have hoped a decent raise or new job that paid well would come first so you could move ahead with buying a house or condo. Until you have a clearer picture of your status in your company (or industry), you may feel in limbo.
Delays will benefit you—something you won’t likely realize at the time (now) but only will in hindsight. The planets are quite scrambled this month.
You should not make expensive household design decisions while Venus is retrograde. (If you ordered furniture a few months ago, and it is coming now, you are fine—it is when you make the decision that matters.)
