by Susan MillerIt is always better to act on a new moon that is NOT void because a new moon has a special job to do for you—it provides an umbrella effect of opportunity that will flow to you in the upcoming days, weeks, and at times, months. A new moon’s energy extends many weeks into the future but is especially strong in the first 10 days to two weeks. The moment a new moon arrives, the die is cast. Said another way, astrologers look at the moment a new moon appears in order to judge its level of helpfulness to you. A new moon is never just for a day. Think of it as a portal into an entire new realm.
You should never begin a project, have a job interview, hire a new employee, close on a house, get married, meet a reporter writing a story about you, sign a contract, open the doors of your new business, come out with a new product or service, or do anything else important and vital to your future on a void moon.
Until now it was hard to calculate when the moon would become void and then come out of void (whether in a matter of minutes, hours, or all day), but now it is easy to know.
