Your August 2026 Horoscope for Capricorn
by Susan MillerYou have been working hard ever since Mars entered your work assignment sector on June 28, and as you enter August, the work load continues but only until August 11. That is when the pace will simmer down, and you will be relieved to see it.
You need a break, but I suggest you not go away in August. If you did not take your vacation earlier (in May, June, or July), then plan to go in September. You will be so glad you were at home base in August. I will explain later why!
There’s a lot to unpack, for we have two major eclipses in August—the first, a solar new moon eclipse on August 12 in Leo, and the second, a full moon lunar eclipse in Pisces on August 27-28. I will describe the two eclipses in detail, but I need to start at the top of the month and give you some background and context about the overall environment you are working in first.
Yet before I even get to the theme of the month, I want to mention August 6. This day brings the Sun in sync with Saturn (a trine), and Saturn is your ruler, giving this day extra weight and favor to you. Here you have an opportunity to make a promise that will stand the test of time. It could be a personal or professional promise or a contractual agreement, but either way, it’s a great day.
