Your September 2026 Horoscope for Virgo

Virgos born within five days of August 28 were the ones most likely to feel this full moon lunar eclipse. If you have your natal moon in Virgo or a natal planet in Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces, or Gemini within five degrees of 5º, then you would have felt this eclipse more strongly. If not much happened during the eclipse, you may still feel its message during the full moon on September 26, plus or minus one week. (Eclipses have a longer, wider sphere of influence than regular new and full moons.)
Now let’s put that eclipse aside and look forward to the new lunations this month. For that we have to wait until September 10. A point I would like to make is that the universe will sometimes go silent after an eclipse. If you look at my Year Ahead 2026 Astrological Calendar, you will see that there are only two small aspects after the eclipse, then nothing. Not one aspect for days.
The little planets are stepping back, and they’re not going to distract you with their chatter. They know you need to think quietly. This planetary silence will remain until the new moon appears on September 10.
