Your November 2026 Horoscope for Sagittarius
by Susan MillerMars will move into Virgo on November 25, bringing you into a new professional realm. You could start to receive very flattering publicity or the promise of a promotion. If you are told about a new position at another company, follow up—it may offer you the breakthrough you’ve long awaited.
Mars will stay in Virgo through December, but in the New Year, Mars will turn retrograde from January 10 to April 1, 2027. Mars will begin retrograding in Virgo and will move backward into Leo on February 21. Your very best career progress will take place while Mars is in Virgo and moving direct, which will be from November 25 through December 2026 and then again from May 14 to July 15, 2027. You must not be out of town and out of touch during these two periods! They represent your best opportunity in two years to win a prestigious new position.
Your search for a better job opportunity might run hot and cold in early November and then again through the first quarter of 2027.
If you’re interviewing for a job, have patience. The hiring process for an important position will take much more time than you might assume—the closer you get to mid-year 2027, the better. Keep in mind, though, that all the efforts you make now will contribute to your success—none of the work you put into a job search will be wasted. It will simply be a slow, but sure, process.
