Your Horoscope for Pisces
by Susan MillerLast month you were very focused on money, and you may have seen quite a bit of it leave your account. Some money may have come in as well. Last month you experienced a full moon in Libra lighting your solar eighth house of other people’s money on April 1. As a result, you may have had to pay a large sum for taxes, for a student loan, your children’s nursery school, or for another major expense. You knew the bills would be coming, but it was hard to see that much money fly out.
Your focus on money became more intense by mid-April. You had an enormous amount of planetary energy in one single sector—your second house of salary, earned income, and personal savings and investments. All these planets were in the sign of entrepreneurial Aries, and they made you motivated to find original, untried ways to bring in more money. You may still have a few stragglers to deal with until Mars leaves Aries on May 18, but once Mars leaves, the pressure to balance your budget and keep enough liquidity to pay bills will noticeably improve.
By the time you come to May, you will be ready to fly away somewhere (anywhere!) to get a change of pace and be in a new location to escape from your everyday tiresome routine. As a Pisces, you are not a materialistic person, so dealing with so many financial details, actions, and decisions must have seemed enervating. You might have felt swallowed by financial calculations, and you may want to head to the airport to get a weekend away to a distant point. You may not have traveled much since the December year-end holidays, so you may have enough frequent-flier points to pay for a round-trip air ticket.
If you do go away for a May 1 to May 3 weekend, it is likely to be a distant location that is both scenic and inspirational. The May 1 full moon in Scorpio emphasizes privacy, so it would not be to a place where you’d see crowds of tourists, nor would it be a spot where you would run into business people you know on the street. In other words, the place you would go to, girls would not need to put on full makeup, and guys can wear relaxed clothes and not worry about shaving every day.
