Once Mars moves forward again in Leo, from April 1 to May 14, 2027, you will be back in your sweet spot and moving rapidly ahead. Any delays you encounter earlier can be untangled in that period.
The new moon of November 9 in Scorpio will put a great deal of emphasis on your physical home or other property you may own, rent, or oversee. This new moon might, instead, have you thinking about how you can improve the well-being of a family member. Mars will be in conflict with both the Sun, your ruler, and this new moon, so you may have to untangle an obstacle before you can make progress. This might take the form of a difficult landlord or contractor who is not listening to your concerns or is not cooperative. This month has many little twists and turns, and for the first half of the month, nothing you do will be completely straightforward—it will be a time that will require your resourcefulness and creativity to overcome any hurdles you encounter along the way.
As you enter November, you will be dealing with both Venus and Mercury retrograde. Venus started to retrograde on October 3, and Mercury began retrograding on October 24. Both planets will turn direct on the same day, November 13. Take it slow and easy in the first half of November, and make a list of the actions you will take in the second half of the month.
