Every once in a while the stars align perfectly in every way, and especially in regard to romance. That is precisely what is happening in July for you, dear Pisces. The universe wants to reward you on a major scale, and you won't have to wait long to see the proof of this! A new set of eclipses, in Cancer and Capricorn, are due to start up this month and they will emphasize your private life, helping you make it richer and much more satisfying.
In order to see how wonderful the news of the month's eclipses will be, we need to look at where you are now. Saturn in Virgo has been having a strong influence on your life, making it much more serious and no-frills, especially for the March-born Pisces.
If you are a Pisces born March 5 through March 10, you are feeling the challenges of Saturn now. You are now in the boxing ring, dealing directly with challenges, and life may feel quite intense. You already know what I mean - you have been duking it out with a Darth Vader, but in the process you've shown the world just how strong you have become.
Next month, Saturn will continue to zoom forward and be conversing directly with those Pisces born March 10 to 12. Nothing that comes up will likely be new or surprise you - Saturn has been sending assignments to you over the course of many weeks as he has retrograded back and forth in Virgo. Think back to November and December 2008, for that is when Saturn was directly overhead, and he will be mathematically opposed to your Sun next month, too.
Saturn was moving through almost all degrees of Virgo last year and he made it all the way to 22 degrees (zero minutes) before he started to back up into retrograde motion. Virgo is your opposite sign, so in this placement, Saturn challenges you.
Think of a planet moving back and forth as one that is giving a wall a coat of paint - first the brush stroke moves to the right, then to the left, then goes right again as this planet "paints" over the same path. If you didn't feel the effects of Saturn during the pass over sensitive degrees, you would likely feel some effect on the planet's second pass (when it retrogrades) or during the last (third) pass, as it moves direct. When a planet gets to 29 degrees, 59 minutes, it automatically moves into the next sign. That will happen on October 29 when Saturn moves into Libra.
If your birthday falls earlier, from February 19 to March 4, you are done with your hardest tests of Saturn. You likely had your hardest challenges this year. You will not be tested again for many decades. Good job!
If your birthday falls after March 13, you will start your testing period from Saturn in September 2009, continuing through October. At the end of October 2009, Saturn will stop opposing your Sun, and you can rest.
We don't feel Saturn all the time, only when it's within 10 degrees of our natal Sun, about nine months out of the two-year period it takes to zoom through each sign. Pisces born after March 13 - 19 will not have had a full nine months with Saturn by the time Saturn leaves on October 29, 2009. To be sure you get all the benefits of Saturn's wisdom and teachings and to be fair, Saturn will come back to finish up his conversations with Pisces born March 13-20 again next year, from April 7 to July 21, 2010. After that small three-month phase, you, too, will be done with Saturn and he will not be back to Virgo for many decades.
I have meditated quite a bit about the difference of Saturn conjunct the Sun (which the Virgos have now) and Saturn opposition the Sun (which the Pisces have now). When you have Saturn oppose your Sun, Saturn is 180 degrees away from your sign, and you always feel a bit isolated. It is as though Saturn wants to temporarily take away all your support lines so that you - and only you - can solve the problem at hand. There are no opportunities to "phone a friend" or "ask the audience" - you are on your own.
The feeling of being alone in a certain life crisis or event is usually very evident, but that's its beauty - when you solve the challenge, it is like no feeling in the world. You will see the full depth of your strength and fortitude, and you will finally know for sure that you can handle anything life throws your way.
While Saturn conjunct the Sun can be intense (something you will not experience for the next 14 years, an aspect that Virgo has now), I feel that it is an aspect that is easier to take because you get to choose the challenge, such as to get married, have a baby, buy your first house, start a business, and so forth. In this case, Saturn shows you that you are ready for more grown up responsibilities and you move forward on those goals. When Saturn is on the Sun, Saturn asks you to take on something completely new, and it usually is a venture you weren't ready to do just a few years ago.
The older you get, the easier Saturn phases are to experience because quite simply, Saturn rules maturity and age. The older you are, the greater the number of life lessons you will have under your belt, and the more resourceful and confident you will become about accepting new challenges.
Saturn opposition the Sun happens when you have Saturn in Virgo, as your sign has now. Under this trend, Saturn is as far away from your home base of Pisces that he can possibly be, so he is aimed at your Sun from a vantage point situated directly across the skies. When Saturn is this far away, it is your "winter" and you may even feel low energy levels or be a little prone to depression. This lifts almost immediately once it moves out of range, beyond eight to ten degrees from your Sun.
When Saturn opposes the Sun, you don't get to choose the challenges that you face - Saturn chooses the challenges for you. He is anxious to see how you do. To make sure the test is valid, he takes away all your support lines so that the choices you make to fix things are truly your own.
Often Saturn will take something away that you counted on or took for granted, like health, for example (but often only temporarily, say, when you break an ankle), or you lose your right-hand assistant who was so good she answered every question before you even had to ask. Saturn wants to see how resourceful and determined you are to overcome obstacles.
He will also test to see if you stay true to your core values and beliefs. The stronger you are and the more passionate you are about what you stand to lose, the better you will weather the storms. Never underestimate the power of passion and drive. Saturn will always want you to try new methods rather than go back to old formulas from the past. What worked then won't work now, but the minute you recognize this and begin to innovate or experiment with new forms, the faster you will be on the road to recovery.
If you lost a love, however, you need to recognize that it takes two to make a relationship. The person you "lost" in love (or in business) may not have been as good for you as you assumed. Saturn will test for any weak links and show you precisely where they are located, if there are any. If you gave up a love, a new one will be on the way - the eclipses will see to that. (More on that later.)
In all of the trials and tribulations of Saturn opposition the Sun (what you have now if you are March-born), remember that it's not what you face that counts, but rather how you cope with those circumstances. When we are under stress, we don't have the energy to put on any kind of pretense, and we come face to face with our true self, to the very essence of our soul.
If you don't learn the lessons Saturn has prepared for you this time around, you will have another boot camp with him from 2036 to 2039. If you do learn 99 percent of your lessons, those years will be fairly easy. As said, you will soon be done with this very challenging and rare vibration.
It may be helpful to know that Saturn always sends a gift at the end of his transit as genuine thanks for dealing with his rigors. He never rewards during a transit, but he always does later, so that means your reward is due to arrive sometime between October through March 2010, or else a little later, from August to December 2010. You will know the moment it arrives.
To say you are moving from a black to white situation is an understatement! Jupiter, giver of gifts and luck and happiness will remarkably enter Pisces in January 2010 for the first time in 12 years. At that time you will be crowned celestial favorite. As you see, you are going from being the sign most beleaguered to the one due to be most blessed! If you are a Pisces born in February, you may have already started to see evidence of just how bright life is for you! If you haven't seen signs yet, you will soon.
Now let's turn to the eclipses of this month, because the news is due to be really exciting. The universe has a special treat for you, and will give you many reasons to feel especially happy. The main area of your life that the universe will focus on is your personal life, and will send eclipses in Capricorn and Cancer to help you focus on your love life. The question of (or care of) children may come up, too.
We have not seen eclipses in these signs since 2000 and 2001, so this is news. This new series of eclipses will come by every six months, in pairs, until mid-July 2011.
The first eclipse will arrive on July 7, and it will arrive as a friendly full moon lunar eclipse. Eclipses like this have the power of three full moons rolled into one, dear Pisces. It will light your house of friends, contacts, communities, and social groups, so you may attend a big event, and if so, it would be one that has masses of friendly, smiling people there, too.
The people you see there will be highly successful, interesting types and you may have a romantic partner with you. You may be going to a wedding, birthday party, or other celebration that draws many together. Alternatively, it may be that you are going to a charity benefit, club meeting, or even a visit to a theme park, which is always fun. If it's a theme park, it would not be one you go to frequently, but one you saved up to travel to, for there seems to be something special and rare about the experience.
This is not just a full moon on July 7, but also an eclipsed moon, so that means whatever you attend within a week of this date will hold special importance and stand out in some way. Typically, we only get four eclipses a year (this year is unusual in that we will have six), but suffice to say, these events carry special significance. Full moons bring a crest of emotion, too.
At eclipse time July 7, you may make the acquaintance of someone new who will become a good friend. Alternatively, you may decide to run for office in a club and later win. The fact that this is an eclipse suggests that you are reaching a full point of reward. The house where the eclipse will fall rules humanitarian efforts, so you may be involved with a fundraiser, and if so, you will be very successful.
It's possible that one friend will announce that she (and it would be a "she" rather than a "he") is about to leave your life. Perhaps she is moving away or will not be seeing you anymore in the future. There is a finality about something that happens at this full moon eclipses that can't be denied.
I say this because occasionally an eclipse will "eclipse out" a person, and in this case, it would be likely to be a woman friend. If you have had a friend who is not truly a friend, you may have a falling out. Having said that, I still don't think this is how things will play out. What you have coming on July 7 seems very positive and upbeat, but I mention this because I cannot see everything in your chart. I nevertheless feel you will benefit from a friend at this time in a delightful way you will not expect.
If you were born on March 6 or within five days of this date, this eclipse will affect you more than most Pisces and help you see rewards from it. (The closer your birthday falls to March 6, the better.) These are the very Fish who have had the hardest time from Saturn lately, and these are the same little Fish who will get the most help from this lunar eclipse. See? The universe has not forgotten you - just the opposite: It will seek you out. You are about to see a touching display of love from someone who cares about you.
Saturn will see that gains you make near July 7 will have long-term ramifications from whatever occurs. A middleman or partner - perhaps a sweetheart, spouse, agent, broker, or friend who wants to see you do well - could play a part in all that happens.
Also on July 7, coincidentally, Mars, now in Taurus, will align beautifully with Uranus in Pisces, and you may get a chance to travel a short distance, a trip you'll enjoy to the fullest. The third house, where Mars is connected, also rules writing and speaking assignments, so a chance to communicate with a wide audience may also come up quite suddenly. If so, it looks like this project would be very dear to your heart, and make good use of your talents.
The full moon eclipse will stimulate your fifth house, so this suggests that if you don't write or speak for a living, you may work with the arts. If you do, you will get a chance to show the full range of your imagination.
You will have another chance to show off your creativity on July 10, at the legendary pairing of Jupiter and Neptune. Not only will you be protected in every way, you seem to get a signal that your career is about to take a quantum leap forward. The development that will arise won't be any old opportunity but one that will allow you to show the very essence of your creative soul.
These planets - Jupiter and Neptune - last met on May 27 and will meet again on December 21 of this year. Think about the time at the end of May. Did some sort of opportunity or discussion come up then that made you think, this is for me? If so, the topic will be advanced now. If not, you will have another chance to get something special offered to you.
This will be the first time that Jupiter and Neptune have had conversations like this since their last in January 1997. After December 21, 2009, Jupiter and Neptune will not meet again until the year 2022. These planets are your two rulers, so this should be quite a powerful time of the month for you. Circle July 10!
The personal news you receive on one of the days that span July 16 to July 19 should make you very happy. Use those days for an important meeting, creative brainstorming session, or a short trip. On July 16, Mercury and Uranus will send each other a golden beam, causing welcome news to come quickly, like a thunderbolt. Your sister or brother may figure into what is happening too at this time (July 16), and again, it's all for good.
Romance should be absolutely radiant over the weekend of July 18-19! This is the weekend you want to spend with your one-and-only, for sure! All sorts of magical things will happen at this time. Love will be in the air and your creativity will blossom at this weekend in a rare way, too. If you have someone special in your life, this is your weekend to be together. If not, be sure to be out and about - you never know whom you will meet! As wonderful as love may be over the weekend of July 18, that's not all!
The solar eclipse is on the way and will arrive on July 21. This is a huge moment of the month to keep your eye on. I love solar eclipses, for they tend to open doors and take us down a completely new path. In this case, the topic would be new love or help with renewing a present love relationship. This eclipse is due to be particularly helpful to those Pisces who were born at the end of the sign, within five days of March 19.
You may also find that the topic of a baby comes up, and if so, it would be a wonderful time to make a plan. If you already have all your children, you will be focused on at least one, and you will hear news that is really outstanding about that child.
This eclipse falls at 29 degrees 27 minutes Cancer, so if you were born near March 19 or within five days of this date, you will see quite a dramatic effect. It's all so good!
Last month, on June 22, we had a new moon in the same part of your chart. If you were born in February, you probably felt the effects of that new moon quite directly, but all Pisces may have noticed a fresh and different and fun theme emerging. You may have met someone intriguing in the romantic sense, or you may have had time for a vacation, spent with the person you love. This month, on July 21, a solar eclipse will push feelings to an even higher, sweeter level.
A solar eclipse like the one of July 21 will emphasize the Sun and your sixth house too, so as a bonus, you might also see a creative assignment emerge for you in the days that follow that eclipse. The new project would allow you to reveal a facet of your talents that you have not revealed previously. Whatever comes up will take you into new realms. Can life possibly be any better than this?
When Venus moves into Cancer (and your house of true love) on July 31, set to stay a month, your picture will be complete!
Your home and family are about to get more attention too from July 11 onward. Mars is the little energizer planet, so watch to see how productive you can be when it comes to improving your home situation. It doesn't matter what kind of changes or improvements you'd like to make - Mars will help you make tracks if you act between July 11 and August 25. Shop for something home related on July 27 when Venus will be in perfect angle to Jupiter.
You may be thinking about your parents, too. If you feel that you have neglected your mother or father lately, you'll be able to treat your parent to quality time after July 11. You may even decide to take a little vacation or weekend away together - a great idea!
Uranus will begin to retrograde July 1, but only until December 1 when this planet of creativity and unpredictability will awaken again. This is not an unusual period for Uranus to be out of phase - he does this every year for five months. This is a time to stop and look at all you've accomplished so far this year. Are there any elements you'd like to change, enhance, or eliminate? You will have your chance to do so in these intervening months. Be sure you have finished your meditation and review process (and actions) by December 1. That's when life is going to pick up enormous speed again. You'll be busy with your personal life for now, and that's the way it should be!
As you see, you have a beautiful month in store, one filled with surprise and a bit of leisure time, too. Your ability to express creative ideas will be at an all-time high, which always makes a Pisces happy.
In a month that your name is being written in the midnight sky by the brilliant, twinkling stars, you are about to enjoy a rare moment in time. Drink it in, dear Pisces. This month is for you!

If you need a quick, relaxing holiday, ask for time off during July's first ten days. You seem to have been working hard on a project involving writing, speaking, PR, advertising, or similar communication disciplines. You will now have built up a lot to show for your efforts - be proud.

Romantically, single Pisces may find exciting new love, due to the solar eclipse, July 21. A friend will likely announce surprising news on July 7 (plus or minus four days), or you may have a rather beautiful event to attend, much to your surprise.
Your mind may also be on a friend who may be moving away, relocating, getting married, or having another lifestyle change. It will be evident that something has forever changed in your relationship.
Writing, speaking, and other communication arts have been, and will continue to be, top of mind for you, but only until July 10.

If you want to fix up your home in any way, from painting the living room to redoing your kitchen, or even concerning moving your house, you will be able to do so between July 11 and August 25 while Mars is in Gemini.
Romance will become far more prominent due to the solar eclipse July 21. Your outlook is excellent. If you see anything untoward happen (and it is not indicted, but if something should occur), then you will likely find someone new, sooner than you ever thought possible.
Your best romantic dates will be: July 2 (travel would be fun), July 7 and 10, 16, July 18-19 (three gold stars, thanks to the Sun and Uranus in perfect sync), and July 21 due to the solar eclipse plus one week. Also circle in gold July 28, 29, and 31.
