Mars and Pluto met one last time to argue on April 26, the day before the new moon in Taurus. None of this is normal or usual. Pluto was arguing with Mars, and when the Sun and new moon showed up, Pluto began to fight with the Sun, new moon, and Mars all at the same time. Meanwhile, Mars in Leo started his own personal argument with the Sun and new moon while fighting with Pluto. What a mess.
The Sun and new moon were in Taurus, Mars is in Leo, and Pluto is in Aquarius—all fixed signs that don’t blend well together. In fact, Mars and Pluto, who are in opposition to each other, were each “square” the Sun and new moon, at 90 degrees, denoting obstacles. Fixed signs stick to their positions and refuse to bend or compromise.
The fact that this mayhem fell so close to the new moon meant that the ruckus was mixed into the same cake batter as the other aspects happening at that time. Thankfully, the feud between Mars and Pluto is ending, and they are slowly backing off. You will notice a drop in overall tension in the background of your life once you get beyond May 16.
The way this feud was affecting you is this: You likely have a person in your life who has become unnecessarily domineering and bossy. To get what they want, they choose to use threats and a proverbial sledgehammer when a polite request would be more suitable and productive. This person may be a client, an agent, or—as shocking as this might sound—it could be a subordinate who reports to you and has no problem coming across as heavy-handed and disrespectful.
With a torrent of challenging aspects finally in the rearview mirror, this could be the month when you see your dreams and plans take flight.
