Your September 2024 Horoscope for Taurus

When you reach September, it will be time to devote attention to yourself, to your own needs, and to also enjoy a touch of romance. The new moon that will arrive on September 2 in Virgo, 11 degrees, will brilliantly light your fifth house, ruling romance, social activity and leisure, fun, and time with children. You might have a conversation about pregnancy or, alternatively, decide to spend your time on a creative pursuit. One or more of these areas will be a focus as the month begins.
Saturn will oppose the new moon and Sun, so you may have to make a serious decision about your personal life—if you are dating, this points to your partner, and your choice may have to do with whether to continue to date and progress toward living together or to getting engaged—or to leave now. Or your conversation may center on a pregnancy or on a creative project that is just starting up. The fact that Saturn is opposed to the Sun and new moon might mean the decision or the acceptance of reality might be hard to do or accept, but it is necessary to be able to move forward.
Saturday, September 7, will be one of the hardest days, for Saturn will oppose the Sun exactly, and a person whose opinion matters could make a hurtful comment or criticism. Stick to yourself on this day. Friday, September 6, leading up to Saturday, is not a day to have a new job interview, and Saturday is not a day to have a first date. But—the month WILL improve in the second half.
Saturn is telling us all (not just Taurus) to be realistic. Within the field of the new moon September 2, Uranus is in hard angle to Mercury (September 6), and Mercury is the lead planet of this new moon—it holds special weight and importance. Uranus will “square” Mercury, possibly creating turbulence in regard to a love relationship or a financial matter (or both). These two areas might be tied together. If you are living with your sweetheart, you might break up, having come to the conclusion that things are not clicking the way you had hoped. That may mean you have to move, or your partner will have to move, but either way, it could affect your finances, at least temporarily.
