Your January 2025 Horoscope for Taurus
by Susan MillerMars will already be in Leo as the month begins, but soon, on January 6, move into Cancer, a home and family sign. Mars in Cancer is also stimulating your desire to travel, so Mars will likely motivate you to take weekend trips within 200 miles from your home to enjoy fresh air and time in a natural setting.
The full moon of January 13 in Cancer, 24 degrees, will bring that idea of a short trip to fruition within five days of its appearance. That is not all, though, because you might be sending a well thought out letter, filing an important application, or signing a contract within five days of this date. This full moon will also be quite useful to you if you are involved with a communications project: finishing up work on a new app, digital game, or new type of software, or coming out with a new high-tech piece of hardware or gadget.
If you are a Taurus with a birthdate that falls on May 14, plus or minus five days, you will feel the full moon of January 13 the most. This is also true if you have Taurus rising or your natal moon is in Taurus at 24 degrees, plus or minus five degrees. Now look at your natal chart—do you have a planet (or planets) within five degrees of 24 degrees of Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, Cancer, Scorpio, or Pisces? If so, that planet (or planets) will work hard for you.
One of the most exciting parts of the month will occur at the new moon on January 29 in Aquarius at 10 degrees. After this new moon appears you can refresh your career with a promotion that gives you more responsibility and power or even stage a complete switch in the type of work you do. A new moon is influential for six months, but is strongest in the 10 days that follow its appearance, in this case January 29.
