With Saturn opposed to the Sun and new moon, your pal may be in distress and need your emotional support. The situation seems to be urgent, and you might have to travel by car or rail to see this person. Be mindful that if you choose to offer assistance, you will need to provide consistent aid over the coming weeks, as this individual’s situation will not quickly blow over. If you do help your friend, your efforts will form a large part of your personal growth.
If it turns out that one of your friends is not on your mind at the new moon on September 2 (and the days and weeks to follow), your concern might have something to do with your leadership position in a club or charity. One or more board members may not agree with your plans and will pressure you to take on duties in a different committee, and you might feel this change is unfair and suspiciously political in nature. You will have time to sort out this question, but you may be sufficiently upset to leave the organization altogether.

While the weekend of September 7-8 is best used for rest, if you do feel overextended, know that this feeling will pass within two days.
