You start the New Year with a powerful and beneficial spotlight on your career. Mars, which is still retrograde, will remain in Leo and your tenth house of professional honors, awards, and achievement until January 6, indicating that you can still make your mark in your career before Mars leaves. Mars is your secondary ruler, so Mars’ position in your chart always carries weight and power. Mars will go direct on February 23 and will return to Leo, your sweet spot for professional gains, on April 17, to stay until June 17, giving you another chance in 2025 to make a big name for yourself.
