As a Scorpio, you are an ambitious sign, so your mind is never far from your work, but this month the planets will be coaxing you to spend more time thinking about your physical home or other property you may want to buy, sell, renovate, or rent. If you say, “No, I like my home as it is now,” you may now lavish more time and attention on at least one special family member. The new moon in Aquarius that appeared late last month on January 29 set things in motion.
Changes on the home front often require large sums, and if that is true for you, you’re in luck, for Jupiter, planet of good fortune and growth, is in a once-in-12-years visit to your eighth house of other people’s money, the house Scorpio naturally rules.
Jupiter is currently making you a money magnet, and this trend will continue until June 9, 2025. The money you see will likely either be performance-based (like a commission or royalty) or come to you outside of salary (such as through a contest prize or inheritance).
Scorpio’s rule of the eighth house of other people’s money can lead to a talent for negotiation and an interest in investing. This is why Scorpio is considered one of the big four financial signs (the others being Cancer, Capricorn, and Taurus). If you have not noticed this budding talent in you, it will likely surface eventually. You can speed things along by taking classes and staying curious about money management and careful investing. If you have big plans, it appears that you are now motivated to look at your options and map out a financial plan.
