As the month nears an end, you come into one of the most breathtaking, enchanting, and romantic new moons I have ever seen. It will appear on February 27 in Pisces, 10 degrees. Sexy Mars will beam his potent vibrations straight to the new moon, and also to the Sun and Saturn—all three are in Pisces. Mars, stronger than usual now since it came out of retrograde several days earlier, will be in your long-distance travel sector. If you are married or dating seriously, you may decide to take a glorious vacation together to an island, or perhaps you’ll go somewhere that requires your passports for entry, for Mars is in your ninth house of international travel. You have not seen aspects this warm and affectionate in a long time. If you don’t travel out of the country, you seem to be interfacing a lot with at least one foreign person thanks to Mars in Cancer.

Jupiter and Neptune are the two rulers of Pisces, and we need to examine those at this new moon to see how they are behaving and if they will be friendly. (Jupiter was Pisces’ ruler before Neptune was discovered. Today astrologers look at both planets when discerning Pisces’ outlook.) Remarkably, both planets will be super friendly to the new moon.

Let’s take Jupiter first. Jupiter will be in Gemini and will send Venus in Aries a dazzling “sextile,” which is a divinely sweet opportunity aspect. Venus rules your partnership sector, so if you have a spouse or established steady partner, your other half is likely to be quite affectionate toward you in the days and weeks following the new moon on February 27.
