I think this journey will more likely be for fun and love than for work. You seem to want to take a break and enjoy discovering a city you have never visited, and you will likely do so with your spouse or established sweetheart. Alternatively, you may have planned a family vacation to spend quality time with your children.
This new moon on July 24 will encourage import-export activity, enhance your ability to solve an immigration or visitation concern (visa, residency, passport, or citizenship), and promote international relationships—new or ongoing. It will help your efforts to go to college or graduate school for an advanced degree or to ace a qualifying test. If you have to take a legal action to start a case, discuss it thoroughly with your lawyer first, and be prepared to file in mid-August. If you work in broadcasting or publishing, you may receive a plum new assignment that you will find fascinating and can elevate your reputation.
Mercury will be retrograde from July 18 to August 10. It would be best to wait for Mercury to be out of retrograde when you initiate any type of legal action, even if you are only filing a patent or trademark. Also, this would not be a time to sign paperwork or purchase expensive electronic equipment for your home office, kitchen, or any other part of your house—this includes holding off on buying or leasing a new car. Do so in early July or after August 10.
I realize that Mercury will be retrograde while you may be looking for a new job. While it’s retrograde, look to people you used to work with who you might want to collaborate with again. Mercury retrograde will never cause you frustrations if you go back to those you know to see if you can refresh a past relationship.
